Our Bourbon ginger is grown on our own plantations in Madagascar, processed on-site and gently pasteurised. This makes our ginger shots as fresh as it gets — and free from any contaminants.
What's so special about Bourbon-Ginger?
Bourbon ginger has been lab-tested to be richer in all nutrients — particularly minerals and essential oils. It’s also significantly juicier and has a more intense, spicier flavour.
How do you process the Bourbon-Ginger?
Using one of the few juicers in the world specifically developed for ginger, our Bourbon ginger is pressed without any residue, then pasteurised without ultra-high heat treatment — making the juice safe for transport without sacrificing its nutrients.
